Last weekend was a busy one but we had “oh so much fun” designing and setting up these events!
Sarah and Patrick were married June 26th at the Lazy J Ranch in Milford. Their choice of wildflowers and casual elegance worked perfectly at this location.
Bright summer centerpieces were designed for a shower at The Gandy Dancer in Ann Arbor on June 27th. This venue is so lovely with all of it’s historic charm and a great neutral backdrop for flowers.
Angela and Chris were married at Sunset Cove Bed and Breakfast in Pinckney on June 29th.
When I think of summer in Michigan…my mind goes to deep rich green tones and pops of colorful blooms. This season I am doing my best to buy more locally grown product to work into my designs. Currently, local snapdragons, sunflowers and fillers are available and looking so fresh and perky.
With our summer and fall 2015 event calendar nearly filled in, we look forward to a wonderful wedding season. Each wedding that we design floral arrangements for is as unique as the couple who will be building their lives together.
Here’s a look at some of our favorite bridal bouquets from last year.

So many fragrant options for Spring! The season changes always bring new product and fresh ideas into the studio. I especially love spring time because so many of the blooms and branches available are super fragrant and unique.
I love incorporating green and blooming plants into a floral design. There is the immediate pop of color that the fresh cut blooms bring along with the lasting gift of plants that will continue for months afterward.
